With a combination of orange, lemon and lime, this marmalade has a gentle balance of both tangy and sweet, giving a luscious citrusy flavour. Rind from all 3 citrus fruits are embedded in this masterpiece, creating a layer of depth and texture. Spread on your morning toast or on a delicious fruit scone, paired with clotted cream. This jam has a soft set.

Prepared with 70g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 50g per 100g. 

Ingredients:-  Orange Juice and Zest, Lemon Juice and Zest, Lime Juice and Zest, Sugar, (Gelling Agent Pectin, Acid Citric Acid), Water.
