Winning several awards during the last few years, this marmalade flavour is ideal paired with York Gin’s Classic Gin! The tartness of the pink grapefruit accompanies the sweetness of the sugar very well, and leaves a taste of citrusy goodness, with a slight aftertaste of the sharp gin. This preserve is created with the gorgeous, pink rind from the grapefruits, giving the marmalade another layer of tartness and texture. Enjoy on your morning toast or spread on top of your pork loin for tea! This marmalade is a soft set.
