Bessie’s has worked beside York Gin for many years, consistently making the gorgeous Grapefruit Marmalade with Classic York Gin for their customers to enjoy. Recently, we have released a new flavour! With careful planning and many prototypes, we have created this beautiful jam. Enjoy on your morning toast or mix it in between layers of flapjack! This jam has a soft set consistency.
