York Gin Rhubarb & Raspberry Jam

Beautifully sweet raspberries, paired with a luxurious rhubarb gin made by the infamous Yorkshire staple… York Gin! Bessie’s has worked beside York Gin for many years, consistently making the gorgeous Grapefruit Marmalade with Classic York Gin for their customers to enjoy. Recently, we have released a new flavour! With careful planning and many prototypes, we have created this beautiful jam. Enjoy on your morning toast or mix it in between layers of flapjack! This jam has a soft set consistency.

Prepared with 77g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 58g per 100g.
